What am I charged for?
You are billed for usage at $2 per 1,000 emails sent. There is no separate “software license” purchase, and sending is included—Mailcake handles delivery; you do not connect your own mail provider.
Do I connect my own mail provider?
No. Mailcake uses managed sending—we handle transport and delivery operations. You build lists and campaigns in the product without wiring custom mail connections.
Where does my data live?
Your lists, campaigns, and reporting data are processed as part of the Mailcake service. For hosting, retention, and compliance questions, contact us at info@brandwolf.com.
Is there a subscriber limit?
Pricing is based on emails sent (per the $2 / 1,000 rate), not on list size alone. You will still want healthy lists—bounces and complaints are handled automatically to protect deliverability.
